I like to set myself a challenge and this one was to create a white painting of smooth objects on a crinkled surface. I'm very pleased with how its turned out. The base layer is Artists grade acid free tissue paper on white canvas and wrapped around the edges. The image itself uses subtle shades of white, cream and grey; several layers have been added to make the oil colours shimmer through.
Now in a lovely white tray frame.
